Returns & Exchanges


If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send back your unopened items still attached within 28 days of purchase. All returns will be processed in the same form of payment as the original order. 

All purchases must be returned in their original condition (unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with tags still attached) within 28 days for a full refund.

For exchanges

 - We do not offer merchandise exchanges. If you wish to get a different size, you must return your original item and place a new order. We recommend that you place a second order as soon as possible, to ensure you receive the correct color/size in a timely manner. 

 - At this time, we do not offer complementary returns so you may use your carrier of choice to send the return. It is recommended that you use a trackable mail service and keep a receipt of drop off. We are not responsible for missing or lost packages. 


You are responsible for the condition of the items returned, please note that each item undergoes a quality check upon arrival to our facility. We recommend the following tips for trying on HeyYou pieces:


Please wear undergarments when trying on bodysuits for sanitary reasons. 

Tops & Dresses 

When trying on and taking off tops and dresses, please be mindful of makeup rubbing off onto the fabric.


Final Sale 

A small number of items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund or exchange. 

How to Return an Item

Step 1:

Returns must be made within 28 days of receipt. To return your unwanted items, please mark on your delivery note which you would like to return using the reason codes provided. 

Step 2:  

Return your items in the original packaging. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags attached. 

Step 3

Return your items to the address indicated on the bottom of your invoice. At this time, we do not offer complementary returns so you may use your carrier of choice to send the return. Please keep a record of the tracking information until your return has been processed. 

** Misplaced your invoice? Not to worry! Please contact Customer Service at to obtain a new copy.  


Please note, it can take 7-10 business days for your returned package to be received. Once your parcel reaches our facility, we will begin processing your return. Refunds take 3-5 business days to be reflected on your account. If it has been 10 business days and you have yet to hear from us, please follow up by tracking your package to see where it is. If it has been received, please contact for a status update.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible so that we may process a refund/return. All items must adhere to our return policy’s conditions (unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with the tags still attached. 

We are happy to help process a return or replace the damaged item; however, we are unable to do so if the item has been worn or damaged after prolonged use.
