Where is my order?

To see the status of a pending order, click the link in your order confirmation email.  You can also log in to your user account, to see your purchase history and tracking information.

How to return an item?

How do I return an item?

Step 1: Returns must be made within 28 days of receipt. To return your unwanted items, please mark on your delivery note which you would like to return using the reason codes provided. 


Step 2: Return your items in the original packaging. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed and must have all tags attached.


Step 3: Return your items to the address indicated on the bottom of your invoice. If you have misplaced your invoice, not to worry! You can download a new one using the link below. At this time we do not offer complementary returns so you may use the carrier of your choice to send your return. Don’t forget to obtain and keep your tracking number receipt until you have been fully refunded, in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Please note, once an order has been placed, we can attempt to cancel your order. If you item has already dispatched,  you can return unworn items within 28 days of receiving your order.  We aim to be as quick and efficient at processing orders so any changes must be made before you submit your order. After this point, you won’t be able to make any changes to the items or quantities in your order. If you believe that your delivery address is incorrect please notify us as soon as possible via email or phone. We cannot guarantee that address change will process in time however we will do our best at the attempt.  

When will I get my refund?

Please note, returns can take up to 7-10 working days for your returned package to be received. Once your return reaches our facility we will send you an email as soon as your return has been processed. Refunds take 3-5 working days to reflect on your account. If it has been 10 working days and you still have yet to hear from us, please follow up by tracking your package to see where it is.

Returning an Item


Return via your chosen method, allow 10 days for your package to make it back to our warehouse and a further 3-5 for your refund to reach your account. Unfortunately, we are not able to cover the cost of a return at this time. Don’t forget to obtain and keep your returns postage receipt until you have been fully refunded, in case your return gets lost on its way back to us.
